At RocketRevenue, we boost growth for B2B scale-ups by building customised multidisciplinary growth hacking teams and systems through Revenue (Marketing & Sales) as a Service.


For this challenge, we need an experienced Growth Strategist with an entrepreneurial mindset and high drive to come join our fast growing team

What you will be doing as a Growth Strategist


  • You will take ownership to optimize the B2B customer journey of our scale-up partners and accelerate their growth.

  • You will combine growth strategy & execution by using right segmentation and marketing automation.

  • You will take part in project teams consisting of Content Marketeers, Visual Designers and Data Scientist to support our scale-up partners on developing and executing marketing campaigns, primarily focused on acquisition and activation strategies.

  • You will create and manage the development of social, lifecycle marketing, transaction/triggered and promotional campaigns.

  • Conducting A/B (and segmentation) tests that enhance marketing effectiveness you will identify best marketing practices within each customer life cycle segment.

Job requirements

What we are looking for in a Growth Strategist

  • You have more than 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment

  • You have worked with Hubspot or similar tools like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Pipedrive;

  • Strong stakeholder & project management skills which includes organizational ability

  • You have good resilience and see problems as a challenge.

  • You (ideally) have experience in a client facing role (preferably working for multiple clients at the same time)

  • You speak English fluently

**Only people who are eligible to work in The Netherlands or have a valid Dutch work permit/visa**
